What the labels on bookings mean

In the day view, a booking can have one of these labels:

• Reminder due: a reminder text will go the evening before.
• Email reminder: the client will get a reminder by email the evening before.
• Reminded: the reminder went, by text or email.
• Reminder unconfirmed: the reminder was sent, but the text or email service didn't confirm it. It isn't sent again, so nobody gets two.
• Reminder not sent: the email reminder couldn't be sent, or the day's email limits were reached. Activity says which.
• No-show and Cancelled: see Mark a no-show and Cancel a booking.

No label means no reminder is due for it. (Why a client didn't get a reminder)
