Cancel a booking

Cancel a booking from your diary's day view. The time frees up for someone else to book.

  1. Open the booking's day in your diary, in the Day view with the List layout.
  2. Press Cancel on the booking.

The time is free again for online bookings. The booking stays in the day view, crossed out, in case you need to restore it.

The client isn't messaged, so let them know. Their booking link shows it as cancelled.

Clients can cancel from their own link, too. You'll see it in your diary and Activity, and by email if email alerts are on.
