Questions
Can I take bookings by ramp or bay?
Each technician has their own diary, so you can set one up per bay if that's how you work. Bays as their own thing are on the list.
Can customers enter their registration?
Not as its own field yet. Add it to the customer's notes, or ask for it when they arrive.
Do customers pay online?
No, they pay when they collect the car. We take no commission.
What does it cost?
Basic is £15 a month, and Pro, which adds texts to your clients, is £25 a month. No set-up fee, no contract and no commission on bookings. The pricing page has everything each plan includes.
