Questions
Can owners pick the size of their dog?
Set up a service for each size or coat (Full Groom, small dog; Full Groom, large dog) with its own time and price, and owners choose the right one.
Can I keep details about each dog?
Yes, in the private notes on each customer. There isn't a separate profile per dog yet, so owners with two dogs share one set of notes.
Do owners pay online?
Not at the moment. They pay you at the groom, and we take no commission.
What does it cost?
Basic is £15 a month, and Pro, which adds texts to your clients, is £25 a month. No set-up fee, no contract and no commission on bookings. The pricing page has everything each plan includes.
