Mark a no-show

Mark clients who didn't turn up, so their record shows it and your numbers stay right.

Once a booking's time has started, it has a No-show button in the day view.

  1. Press No-show on the booking.

It turns red and is crossed out. No-shows are counted:

  • on the client's page, so you can see who often misses (A client's page);
  • in your week's numbers and on Takings.

Did they turn up after all? Press Restore. (Restore a cancelled booking or no-show)
