Day, week and month views

Your diary opens on today. The bar above it switches the view:

• Day: one day, with each team member's bookings side by side. Cancelled bookings show here too, so you can restore them.
• Week: Monday to Sunday.
• Month: the whole month as a calendar. Tap a day to open it. A busy day shows its first few bookings, then how many more.

The arrows go back or forward a day, week or month, and Today brings you back. In the week and month views, the number under the title is how many are booked.

List or grid

In the day and week views, List shows bookings in order, and Grid shows them on a timetable. (See your day as a time grid)

Each booking

A booking shows its time, the client (tap their name to open their page), the service and their mobile (tap it to call). The line beside the time is the service's colour, so you can tell services apart at a glance. No-shows are red, and walk-ins and cancellations grey.

Tip: Each view has its own web address, so you can bookmark the one you use most.
