Reminders the evening before
Each booking gets one reminder the evening before: a text on Pro if the client chose text, otherwise an email.
Each booking gets at most one reminder, sent the evening before, between about 5pm and 8pm.
Who gets a text
On Pro, with reminder texts on (Turn reminder texts off or on), a client who chose text gets a reminder text if they booked at least 18 hours ahead.
Who gets an email
Everyone else who gave an email address gets a reminder email: clients of Basic shops, clients who chose email, and clients whose text couldn't go.
What it says
The appointment and their link to change or cancel. If they can't make it, they cancel from the link, and the time opens up for someone else.
Booked late in the day
A booking for tomorrow made after that evening's reminders have gone doesn't get one.
