Texts: what's included and what they cost

• Pro includes 100 texts a month. Each one after that is 6p, added to your next bill.
• A booking gets at most two texts: the confirmation when a client books online, and the reminder the evening before. Both count.
• Your diary shows the texts sent this month, like 37 / 100. (Your week in numbers)
• To send fewer, turn reminder texts off. (Turn reminder texts off or on)

Limits that protect everyone

• A mobile number gets at most three texts a day from every business on Diary Badger together, so nobody can be texted over and over.
• Each shop has a safety limit of 500 texts a month. Past it, no more texts go that month, and reminders go by email to clients who gave one. Email hello@diarybadger.com if you'll need more.
