Turn reminder texts off or on

On Pro, clients who choose text get a reminder text the evening before. It's on to start.

1. Go to Setup › Shop.
2. Under Reminder texts, press Turn off (or Turn on).

With reminder texts off:

• no reminder texts go out;
• clients who gave an email address get a reminder email instead;
• clients who choose text still get the confirmation text when they book, with their link.

The change applies to every booking whose evening hasn't come yet.

This setting is only on Pro. On Basic, reminders go by email.
