Messages for bookings you add yourself
Bookings you add get no confirmation. On Pro, a client with a mobile gets a reminder text if it's 18+ hours away.
When you add, move or cancel a booking yourself, the client isn't messaged at the time, so tell them yourself.
- Confirmation: none.
- Reminder on Pro, with reminder texts on: a text the evening before, if you entered their mobile and the booking is at least 18 hours away. It has their link to change or cancel.
- Reminder on Basic: none. Reminders there go by email, and only clients can give their email, when they book online.
