What clients get when they book

The booked screen, a calendar invite, and a confirmation by email or text with their link to change or cancel.

Straight away, on screen

"You're booked in", with the service, team member, time and your address, and buttons to Add to iPhone or Outlook calendar or Add to Google Calendar.

  • On Basic, clients give an email address, and we email them their booking with a link to change or cancel it.
  • On Pro, clients choose Text or Email. With text, they get a confirmation text with their link, like "Booked: Skin Fade with Dave M. at Crown Point Cuts, Fri 6 Nov at 10:00. To cancel or change: …". With email, the same comes by email.
