Switch between Basic and Pro

Change plan on your Billing page. It starts straight away; the difference for the rest of the month goes on your next bill.

  1. Go to Billing (on a phone, More › Plan and billing).
  2. Press Switch to Pro (or Switch to Basic).

It starts straight away. The difference for the rest of this month is added to, or taken off, your next bill.

  • Moving to Pro: upcoming bookings can get reminder texts.
  • Moving to Basic: texts stop, and reminders go by email to clients who gave one.

Your team allowance changes too: 10 on Pro, 6 on Basic. The Billing page says if the new plan means paying for extra team members.
