How clients book

What booking looks like for your clients: choose who, what and when, then their name and mobile. No app or account.

Clients open your link in their browser: no app, account or password.

  1. Who: they choose a team member by photo, or "Any" for whoever's free first. Each shows their next free time.
  2. What: they choose a service, with its price and length.
  3. When: days run along the top, and First available jumps to the soonest time. Times are split into morning, afternoon and evening.
  4. Their details: name and mobile, and an email address. On Basic the email is needed; on Pro they choose to get their booking by text or email.
  5. They press Confirm booking.

A step with only one choice is skipped: with one team member, they go straight to the services.

They can tick Remember my details on this phone, so next time takes a few taps, and a returning client sees what they booked last time, to book it again.

"Any"

"Any" books whoever is free at that time and least busy, from those who do the service.

What they can't do

Book outside working hours or in time off, sooner than your minimum notice, more than 60 days ahead (Set how soon clients can book), or more upcoming bookings than your limit for one number (Limit bookings per phone number).

Paying

Clients pay you in person, as they do now. Diary Badger doesn't take payments or deposits from clients, or a commission on any booking.

What they get next: What clients get when they book.
