Your clients' privacy notice

Your booking page links to Privacy at the bottom, and on the booking form. It opens your business's privacy notice for clients, at your link followed by /privacy. It covers:

• who's responsible for their details: your business, with us looking after them for you;
• what's collected, and why;
• who else handles them;
• how long they're kept (the booking link stops working 30 days after the appointment);
• their rights, like asking to see or delete their details. (A client asks for their details, or to be deleted)

It uses your business's name and details from Setup › Shop, so keep those up to date.
