A client asks for their details, or to be deleted

Download everything you hold about a client to send them, or delete their details when they ask.

Under UK data protection law, clients can ask what you hold about them, or ask you to delete it. Both are on their page, under Their personal details.

Send them their details

  1. Open the client's page from Clients.
  2. Press Download their details.
  3. Send them the file. It has their details and your notes, then every booking.

Delete their details

  1. Open the client's page.
  2. Press Delete their details and confirm. This can't be undone.

Their upcoming bookings are cancelled. Past bookings keep their price for your takings, but lose the name, mobile and email. Their page and your notes are deleted.
