Keep notes on a client

Private notes on a client's page, like what they usually have or what they like. Clients never see them.

  1. Open the client's page from Clients.
  2. Type in Notes: what they usually have, or anything they like or don't like.
  3. Press Save notes.

Notes are private to your business. If a client asks for their details, your notes are in the download, and deleting their details deletes the notes too. (A client asks for their details, or to be deleted)

Tip: Garages use notes for a car's registration.
