Reset a forgotten password

Press 'Forgot your password?' on the sign-in page. We email you a code, then you choose a new password.

  1. On the sign-in page, choose Password, then press Forgot your password?.
  2. Enter your email and press Email me a reset code.
  3. Enter the code from the email and press Continue.
  4. You're signed in and taken to your Account page. Enter a new password twice and press Save password.

Passwords need at least 10 characters.
