Open or pause online bookings

Your booking page starts closed. Open it when your team and services are ready, and pause it whenever you need to.

A new booking page starts closed: people can see your business's name, but can't book online. You decide when it opens.

Open for online bookings

  1. Add at least one team member and one service. (Add someone to your team, Add a service)
  2. On your Diary, press Open for online bookings in the "Your booking page is closed" box. Or go to Setup › Shop and press it under Online bookings.
  3. You'll see "You're open for online bookings. Share your link!" (Share your booking link)

Pause online bookings

Go to Setup › Shop and press Pause online bookings. While you're paused:

  • your booking page shows only your business's name, and nobody can book online;
  • bookings already made stay as they are;
  • you can still add bookings yourself.

Press Open for online bookings to open again.

Tip: Closing for a day or two? Add it as time off instead, so your page stays up and just offers no times then. (Close for a bank holiday or a day)

Good to know: If your subscription ends, online bookings close until you restart it. (Restart after cancelling)
