Hide a team member from your booking page

Hide someone who won't take bookings for a while, like during a long absence. For a few days off, add time off instead. (Add holidays and time off)

1. Go to Setup › Team and tap their name.
2. Under Online bookings, press Hide from booking page.

While they're hidden:

• clients can't book them online, and you can't choose them when you add a booking;
• bookings they already have stay in your diary, and they still show on days they have bookings;
• they're still on your team, and count towards your plan, until you remove them. (How your team affects your bill)

To bring them back, press Show on booking page.
